Product & Usage

1. Do you deliver outside Northeast Ohio?

No. We only deliver within Northeast Ohio. Orders placed outside this region will be canceled automatically.

2. How long does delivery take?

Most deliveries occur within 2–3 business days. You’ll get a 30–60 minute heads-up call before arrival.

3. What happens if I miss my delivery?

If no one is available and we cannot reach you, it counts as a missed delivery. A $50 redelivery fee applies.

1. Can you service appliances not purchased from The Plug?


Effective October 1, we no longer service appliances not purchased from The Plug and not within the 6-month Plug purchase window. 90-Day Warranty still applies though. This is due to staffing limitations.

2. What is your return policy?

Plug appliances are final sale. The warranty covers functional issues, but returns for preference (size, color, noise level, etc.) are not accepted.

3. Is there an option to extend the warranty?

Yes, extended warranty plans are available for select appliances. Call our store to inquire. New appliances only!
