Pickup Information
Pickup is available for customers who prefer to transport their own appliance. To protect your purchase and maintain warranty coverage, please review all guidelines below before arriving.

Monday – Saturday | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What to Bring
The person picking up must present a valid order confirmation and a government-issued photo ID. Only the purchaser or a pre-authorized individual may collect the order.
Vehicle Requirements
Please arrive with an appropriately sized vehicle for the appliance being collected. Our team will assist with loading, but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the vehicle can safely accommodate the item. Appliances must be secured during transport.
Tie-down straps are available for purchase at $20. They are not included with your order and are not provided at no charge. We strongly recommend securing your appliance before leaving the premises.
Upright Transport Required — Refrigerators
Refrigerators must be transported in an upright position at all times. Laying a refrigerator on its side can permanently damage the sealed refrigerant system. Any damage resulting from improper transport will void the 90-Day Plug Protection Warranty and The Plug will not be responsible for repairs or replacement.
Secure All Components Before Leaving
Before departing, customers must confirm that all removable components are properly secured, including:
- Doors and hinges
- Drawers and bins
- Racks and shelves
- Any loose accessories included with the appliance
The Plug is not liable for damage to components that were not secured prior to transport.
All Sales Final — No Returns on Pickup Orders
Once a new appliance leaves our facility, it cannot be returned. When a new appliance is removed from our warehouse, we are no longer able to verify its condition, confirm it has not been damaged in transit, or guarantee its safety and viability for resale. For these reasons, all pickup sales are final.
New appliances that have left our facility will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances. Please confirm your selection, dimensions, and hookup type before picking up your order.
If you have concerns about your appliance prior to pickup, please contact us before leaving the warehouse. Once the item has been loaded and you have departed, the sale is considered complete.
