The Plug — Fit & Service Checklist
- Dimensions: Measure your space, doorways, and stairs.
- Power: Electric stoves/dryers require matching 3-prong or 4-prong outlets (onsite cord change fee $50).
- Gas stoves: Accessible shut-off and proper connection required.
- Water lines & icemakers: We do not install water lines. Used-fridge water and icemakers are not warranted.
- Delivery: Within a 30-minute radius with 30 min–1 hour notice.
- Returns: No returns after the product has been removed from our property.
- New items: Register manufacturer warranty after purchase.
- Access: Clear a path and clean out old units before delivery. No haul-aways with pests.
