Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once an order is placed.

Failure to verify measurements, access paths, hookups, or compatibility does not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or chargeback.

Delivery & Access Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate delivery access, including doorways, stairwells, elevators, floor clearance, and utility hookups.

Orders refused at delivery, delayed due to access issues, or unable to be installed due to site conditions remain non-refundable.

Used, Refurbished & Scratch-and-Dent Items

Used, refurbished, and scratch-and-dent appliances may show signs of cosmetic wear, including scratches, dents, or imperfections. These conditions are expected and do not affect functionality unless otherwise stated.

Cosmetic condition is not grounds for return or refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.

Order Review, Fraud Prevention & Cancellation Rights

All orders are subject to review and verification prior to fulfillment. The Plug Appliances reserves the right to investigate, delay, cancel, or reject any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk.

This includes, but is not limited to, orders associated with:

• Suspected fraudulent payment activity
• Chargeback history
• Inconsistent or unverifiable billing or shipping information
• Multiple orders linked to the same payment method, account, or address

If an order is flagged during review, we may cancel the order at any time prior to fulfillment and issue a refund to the original payment method.

The Plug Appliances reserves sole discretion in determining whether an order is suspicious or fraudulent. Cancellation and refund under this section does not constitute a breach of contract or obligation to the customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Plug Appliances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from The Plug Appliances, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Attempted chargebacks for issues covered under our Final Sale Policy may be contested with supporting documentation.
